Srisawad Capital 1969 Public Company Limited or the previous name of Srisawad Finance Public Company Limited (Former name: Bangkok First Investment & Trust Public Company Limited) established in 1969 with the primary objective of conducting investment banking business in Thailand's expanding economy. The company was initially set up as a joint venture between Bangkok Bank Ltd and Citibank. Since its inception, BFIT has been active in promoting and developing Thailand's capital and financial market. In 1976, BFIT's management was taken over by the Thai partner, pursuing its original corporate policy with noted success.
In 2022, Srisawad Finance Public Company Limited or BFIT hold 100% of shares
in Srisawad Capital Company Limited and changed the company name to
"Srisawad Capital 1969 Public Company Limited" and the name of the securities to 'SCAP'.
In the third quarter of 2023, Srisawad Capital 1969 Public Company Limited’ s Board of Directors Meeting resolved to purchase Sawad Rung Reung Finance (Cambodia) PLC. from Srisawad International Holding Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Srisawad Corporation Public Company Limited) with total 75% shares of Sawad Rung Reung Finance (Cambodia) PLC.
Today, the head office of ‘Srisawad Capital 1969 Public Company Limited’ is located at 99/392 Srisawad Building, 1, 5, 6 floor,
Chaeng Wattana Road, Thung Song Hong Subdistrict, Lak Si District, Bangkok 10210.
Objectives
Srisawad Capital 1969 Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries in Thailand including S Leasing Co., Ltd. and Cathay Leasing Co., Ltd., and in Cambodia called Sawad Rung Reung Finance (Cambodia) PLC. aim to provide unsecured & secured loans to retail customers nationwide. Along with the professional team from leading financial companies in Thailand such as information technology, risk management, expertise in credit operating systems, and sales management both in front and back office for more than 30 years, we commit to deliver the best retail financial solutions to our customers to receive “the best-in-class financial products and services”.
