Srisawad Capital 1969 Public Company Limited or the previous name of Srisawad Finance Public Company Limited (Former name: Bangkok First Investment & Trust Public Company Limited) established in 1969 with the primary objective of conducting investment banking business in Thailand's expanding economy.

The company entered the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1984 under the name "BFIT"

Srisawad Finance Public Company Limited or BFIT hold 100% of shares in Srisawad Capital Company Limited and changed the company name to "Srisawad Capital 1969 Public Company Limited" and the name of the securities to 'SCAP'. The objective is to operate the retail lending business of personal loans and hire purchase loans in Thailand.

About Srisawad Capital Company Limited

• In 2019, Srisawad Capital Company Limited established to provide personal loan that licensed under supervision by Bank of Thailand.
• In 2020, Srisawad Corporation Public Company Limited (SAWAD) listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, increased registered capital to 300 million baht and became a major shareholder, holding 65% of the total shares.
• In 2021, Srisawad Capital Company Limited (SCAP) acquired S Leasing Company Limited by holding 90%of total shares and maintaining a total registered capital of 50 million baht.
• In 2022, Srisawad Capital Company Limited (SCAP) acquired 100% of the shares of Cathay Leasing Company Limited and maintained the original registered capital of 50 million baht.

"Srisawad Capital 1969 Public Company Limited" or SCAP’s Board of Directors Meeting resolved to purchase Sawad Rung Reung Finance (Cambodia) PLC. from Srisawad International Holding Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Srisawad Corporation Public Company Limited), and hold total 75% shares of Sawad Rung Reung Finance (Cambodia) PLC. And maintained the registered capital 3,250,000 USD.
