To align with the new business type in operating secured and unsecured loan, the company changed its name from Srisawad Finance Public Company Limited to "Srisawad Capital 1969 Public Company Limited” and the security name change from BFIT to “SCAP" in September 2022. Then, the leasing company; S Leasing Company Limited, and Cathay Leasing Company Limited, is immediately operated under Srisawad Capital 1969 Public Company Limited.
About the merger process
- May 2022, SAWAD’s Board of Directors gave the green light to Srisawad Finance Public Company Limited or BFIT to merge with Srisawad Capital Company Limited with 100% of the ordinary shares of Srisawad Capital Company Limited under the conditions
- August 2022, ‘BFIT’ has been approved to return the Company’s Finance Business License to the Bank of Thailand.
- September 2022, Srisawad Finance Public Company Limited changed its name to 'Srisawad Capital 1969 Public Company Limited' and SET approved the new traded name of 'SCAP'. After the change, the company capital is equal to 6,506,236,205 It plans to finish the merger process by the end of 2022.
- December 2022, The merger process is completed
